An artsy and grand, five-star boutique hotel nestled in a genteel corner of Budapest, with a soothing spa - includes breakfast and daily spa access
  • Chic and central stay: Standing proud on an elegant boulevard near Budapest’s central train station is Mystery Hotel Budapest, a bastion of cool and calm with all the ingredients for a short break in the Hungarian capital. This five-star sleep is one of the city’s coolest and even boasts a Sky Garden for mesmerising views and refreshing drinks.

  • Dine in style: The Great Hall Restaurant & Lounge is located on the fourth-floor, and feels more like a banqueting hall with its vast ceiling and sociable tables for groups and couples – it was once a secret meeting place for the Freemasons, and is decorated in a uniquely Egyptian style. Make sure to also stop by at the Sky Garden for snacks, cocktails, and views which extent towards Gellért Hill.

  • Pampering facilities: The spa is open until late every evening and is designed around a Baroque garden, where you relax amid the magnificent sculptures, fountains, chandeliers and atmospheric palm trees – best seen while lying back in the whirlpool. Other relaxation tools include a Finnish sauna, steam room and treatment menu, offering massages, manicures and pedicures.

How to get there

Mystery Hotel Budapest is about 20 kilometres from Budapest Ferenc Liszt International Airport. If you're taking public transport, you can reach the hotel by taking the bus to Deák Ferenc tér M and changing for another bus, alighting at Ferdinánd híd station.
