you’ll be staying in Vodice – the charming fishing seaside town that’s one of the oldest on the Adriatic Coast, famous for its beautiful beaches and within easy reach of Krka National Park Waterfalls and Kornati, the cities of Šibenik, Zadar, Trogir and Split. On the doorstep there are secluded coves and popular tourist beaches to choose from, all lapped by gin-clear waters, while further must-dos include strolling the medieval cobbled streets, marvelling at the wonderful churches, hitting the restaurants and bars at the harbour, visiting beautiful Tribunj, and spending time in the historic city of Šibenik.

You’ll also be perfectly placed for day trips to two of Croatia’s stunning national parks (Kornati Islands and Krka) as well as Split – the country’s second-largest city that’s home to the 1700-year-old Diocletian’s Palace. Should time allow, enjoy island-hopping to Hvar, Brac, Proizd, Vis, Murter, and Mljet – the gorgeous national park island where Odysseus apparently holed up for seven years with the nymph Calypso.
