How to get there

Innsbruck airport is around 80 minutes away from the hotel by car, via the Inntal motorway/E60, or around two-and-a-half hours by public transport. If you’re travelling by train, first head to the train station in Landeck-Zams, around 30 kilometres away. From there, you can reach your accommodation in just under 40 minutes by car, or in just under two hours by local transport.

During the summer months, guests of the Vaya St. Zeno Serfaus benefit from the advantages of the Super Summer Card, which includes numerous inclusions and discounts.

Please note that, since the Serfaus underground line went into operation, a driving ban has been in place in the municipality of Serfaus. This means that, while guests are permitted to drive to their accommodation on the day of arrival, the use of vehicles within the town – for example, for shopping trips or trips to the cable car – is not permitted. Excursions outside of Serfaus, however, are permitted. This driving ban applies during the winter and summer seasons. Upon arrival, you simply need to show your reservation confirmation at the town entrance.

It is your responsibility to ensure that you and all members of your party are in possession of all necessary travel and health documents, and in compliance with any other immigration/entry requirements before you travel, including whether your passport must be machine readable or which visas/waivers may be required for entry, such as ESTA for USA travel and/or ETIAS for EU travel. Please also be sure to check the validity of your passport and allow up to 10 weeks for passport renewals.
