- Acclaimed style: When The Sunday Times describes a property as “one of the 30 coolest hotels in Croatia”, you can rest assured you’ve made a clever choice. Hotel Salona Palace ticks all the boxes for a stylish stay - enjoy a chic look throughout, inspired by the artistic elegance of antiquity, with high-design rooms complete with cool greys, mosaic-themed murals and sleek, spacious bathrooms.
- Inspired dining: With tables spilling out onto an al fresco terrace, Restaurant Tusculum serves flavoursome and freshly prepared Dalmatian cuisine, much of which is inspired by ancient Roman recipes. Alternatively, hop on the hotel’s shuttle service to Joe's Beach Lounge & Bar for toes-in-the-sand light bites on Kasjuni Beach, then return in the evening for a glass of local wine at the lobby bar.
- Indulgent wellness facilities: When it comes to ultimate relaxation and rejuvenation, the state-of-the-art spa is a sizeable pampering oasis that tempts with luxurious treatment rooms for customised massages. You'll also find a heated indoor pool, Jacuzzi and three saunas, perfect for letting your troubles melt away as you drift into total bliss.

Location and what's nearby

Ul. don Frane Bulića 87, 21210, Solin, Croatia
Once you’d had your fix of ancient relics at this archaeological gem (including marvelling at the mighty Klis Fortress that was a Game of Thrones filming location), be sure to spend time in nearby Split – one of the Med’s most compelling cities and the second-largest in Croatia. Must-dos here include visiting the UNESCO-listed, white-stoned Diocletian's Palace, strolling along the seaside promenade, swinging by the interesting museums and art galleries, hiking up Marjan hill and chilling out on the beach. Should time allow, it’s worth venturing to Brac Island for the stunning white pebble beach that is Zlatni Rat (Golden Horn) and Hvar Island for its beautiful lavender fields.
